Eugena is trained in Gottman and EFT (emotionally-focused therapy) for couples and can attest to witnessing the power of working within the context of relationships themselves.

Eugena has facilitated countless workshops and psychoeducational and therapeutic groups on the following topics: parenting, living libraries, boundaries, making sense of suicide, intimate partner violence, anxiety and grief and loss. She curated The Art of Mental Health exhibit and Stand up for Mental Health comedy show and sees the value of the arts as a vehicle for expression, transformation and healing.

She currently lives in Leduc County near Amiskwaciy Waskahikan on Treaty 6 territory. In her spare time Eugena enjoys writing poetry, travelling, event organizing and connecting to nature.
